Senior Quantity Surveyor | Super-Prime Residential

This well-established, 60-yr-old + prestigious, family run building contractor specialises in renovation, extension and refurbishments of period and bespoke one-off properties.
They have a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the London team to work on some of the most prestigious high-end residential projects in London. Projects range from �4m - �20m on some outstanding bespoke refurb, fit-out and new build projects in prime central London.
The position and skill set needed:
�Good understanding of traditional building methods and products associated with the refurbishment of listed buildings and up-market period houses.
�Confidence in dealing directly with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Clients and Subcontractors.
�Manage multiple projects
�Manage variations on a large number of on-going projects - record, price and accurately analyse their effect on final accounts and ensure that AI's are received
�Lead the calculation and preparation of all company valuations and final accounts.
�Prepare and present monthly job cost analysis data.
�Assume full control of subcontract orders, applications and assist with subcontract enquiries and management.
