Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client are a reputable construction company who specialise in new build and refurbishment projects in the residential sector.�They are looking for a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team! Ideal candidate:

• JCT Contract experience


• Housebuilding experience


• Happy to work on sites across the North West


• Hardworking and motivated attitude�

Duties:

• Commercial leading the projects


• Procuring materials and�subcontractors.�


• Preparation of tender documents for any subcontract�works.


• Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.


• Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.


• Preparation of final accounts.


• Identifying commercial risks.


• Monitoring cash flow.
