What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Rescuing projects from the brink of financial meltdown with your exceptional cost control powers
• Becoming the trusted advisor that clients call when they need real solutions
• Applying your commercial, hospitality and prime residential experience to projects that make an impact
• Managing contracts with confidence and clarity
• Using your negotiation skills to deliver value while maintaining quality

You'll Fit Right In If

• You have your MRICS qualification and 5+ years of battle scars in the industry
• You've juggled the unique challenges of commercial, hospitality and prime residential projects
• You know your JCT from your NEC and can explain the difference without sending people to sleep
• You've developed cost strategies that don't crumble at the first sign of a market fluctuation
• You enjoy working with people who appreciate that good quantity surveying is an art form, not just number-crunching
