Quantity Surveyor required Due to expansion of services and client workload.�

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced�Quantity Surveyor�/�Senior Quantity Surveyor�to join the friendly and dedicated Team and be based out of our clients head office in North Lanarkshire�

Dayshift�-�Monday - Friday (flexibility with hybrid working)�

�

Salary��- Competitive rates paid (Depending on experience)�

About the individual :

� Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor (minimum 2 years post qualification experience)

� Steel background desirable but not essential

� Specialist sub-contracting experience desirable

� NEC3/4 Contract understanding and use

� Ability to review and negotiate contract terms and conditions

� Contract / project management ability

� Commercial acumen, pre and post contract

� Change control management

� Project cost value reconciliation, risk management

� Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word

� Good communication skills and the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders

� Driving License for site visits
