Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned, well-run, ambitious and growing Principle Contractor.

The company deliver Construction & High Specification Interior Fit Out Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Wiltshire & Buckinghamshire . Clients span the Light Industrial, Commercial Offce, Formula 1 & NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £20 million.

Reporting to the Commercial Director as a Senior Quantity Surveyor this is a varied role required you to work from home & on project sites.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of setting up and managing commercial controls for high end Commercial Office Fit Out & construction projects.
