Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor - New Build Partnership Housing

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic team within a new build partnership housing company. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing multiple housing projects across a variety of locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial aspects of new build housing projects.

• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Provide accurate cost estimates, valuations, and budgets.

• Manage tendering processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure value for money.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Advise on cost control and risk management strategies.

Location & Work Schedule:

• Office-based role with a flexible working arrangement.

• Site visits required 3 times a week to various project locations.

• Flexible 2 days working from home or from the office.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of �65,000 per annum.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the new build housing sector.

• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification (or equivalent experience).

• MRICS or working towards chartered status is desirable but not essential.
