Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading architectural consultancy with a versatile and highly skilled Quantity Surveying team are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Birmingham office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team comprising Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Building Surveyors, and other professionals.
You will take the lead on delivering Quantity Surveying services for projects in the residential new-build sector as well as refurbishment, fire remediation, and cladding works, with project values ranging from £3.5 million to £50 million.
This role also involves acting as an Employers' Agent on JCT d&b schemes, managing legal claim work, and mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
MRICS qualification
Experience within the residential market is beneficial
Employers' agent experience would be desirable
UK consultancy experience
