Key Responsibilities:
Prepare SMM7-compliant Bills of Quantities.
Collaborate with project teams for accurate cost estimation.
Essential Requirements:
Able to prepare SMM7 Bills of Quantities.
Desirable Requirements
Able to use software or traditional methods to produce BoQs.
Experience in substation projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).
