Senior Quantity Surveyor - a large privately owned construction business is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on large-scale design and build projects ranging from £20m to £120m.
The initial development is an industrial / logistics development in Portsmouth valued at £40m.

Requirements: Experience managing sub-contractor variations
Experience working with a building contractor
Experience dealing with final accounts
Industry related qualification
