Senior Quantity Surveyor

I’m looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor working for one of the country’s leading Engineering & Infrastructure main contractors working on the country’s most prestigious engineering projects.

The role is open on a freelance or permanent basis and offers a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

Participating in contract management by providing commercial information and advice to the contract team.

Providing valuations/applications/invoices as required by the contract and progress certificates and payments

Maintaining, updating and preparing records of contracts per company Quality and Management Systems

Providing advice and information at the pre-construction stage on contractual/commercial matters when required by the tender team

Providing training and development to allocated staff as agreed with the Managing Surveyor

Requirements

Experience of working on Reinforced Concrete (RC) Structures

Working experience of NEC Contracts

Previous experience of working with a contractor

Degree qualified or Equivalent
