Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role:
Our client are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team, working on a prestigious high-end residential development in Portsmouth . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a landmark project, delivering luxury homes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tenders
Oversee procurement and manage subcontractor packages
Conduct valuations and manage interim applications
Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports
Ensure compliance with contract conditions and legal requirements
Liaise closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery
About You:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years experience in residential construction (high-end/luxury projects a bonus)
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in relevant software
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
