About the JobWilliam James Recruitment is working with a global law firm, recruiting a Senior Real Estate Litigation Associate for the firm's London office.The RoleWe are representing global powerhouse, known for its expertise in highly regulated sectors including aerospace, real estate, technology, life sciences and financial institutions. The team acts for high-profile clients advising on the most complex disputes and acting for the largest listed and private companies, multinational corporations, and HNWI. You will be involved in assisting with a broad range of commercial property disputes, not limited to: breach of restrictive covenant and property contract disputes, rights of light, contested commercial lease renewals under the 1954 Act, dilapidations, and overage claims. The team also handles more routine asset management issues to protect their client’s interests.The CandidateThe team is looking for a Senior Associate to join the growing and successful team.
