They are looking for a professional recruitment consultant who enjoys working in a consultative, professional manner, with strong sales and service-based skills.
The Role
Developing a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently.
Interviewing candidates to correctly determine their requirements.
Networking and generating new candidates to fulfil client requirements.
Developing long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.
Negotiating terms and SLAs with clients.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure all roles are filled to an exceptional standard.
The Successful candidate
Recruitment experience industry.
A friendly and personable approach and strong time management skills with the ability to listen carefully to client and candidate requirements.
Have the following personality traits - tenacious, bright, confident, determined, proactive, focused, driven, enthusiastic, motivated and must enjoy the challenge and diversity of a busy role.
Will be capable of working within an autonomous environment.
