THE ROLE:
This is a manager + player role, requiring strong operation capability to lead a team whilst driving personal income. This varied role includes:

• Managing high-volume temporary and permanent recruitment
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, including reference checks
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback and negotiate offers.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong knowledge and experience in hospitality recruitment
• Extensive recruitment experience

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• �40,000 - �55,000 basic, dependent on experience
