The requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of agency recruitment experience, working within IT Permanent or related field.
360 experience is required.
Business development experience with large-scale international clients.
Experience working in the European market
Ambition! We pay an uncapped 25% commission to our permanent consultants and 22,5% commission to our contract consultants, with additional commission for every consultant you manage as a team leader. So massive earning potential!
What we offer:

Basic salary up to £35,000. With commission: up to £100,000 OTE achievable inside the first 12 months.
