Job details What the job involves: Identifying candidates for jobs using our in-house database, job boards, social media platforms, attending industry events and networks Generating new business opportunities to build client portfolio using various means; marketing, social media, networking events Engaging and consulting with candidates to knowledgeably assess their suitability for specific jobs and companies Arranging and managing interviews, handling job offers and package negotiations Service existing accounts to fill permanent, temporary, contract and executive jobs Who you are: Our consultants come from a range of different backgrounds and, as such, we are open to candidates from any recruitment background or discipline. You must have at least one year experience working within a recruitment agency within a 360 position.
