p As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in the companys growth strategy by identifying, attracting, and securing top employers/candidates across all sectors. You will be res /p p Training & Development /p p Full training provided on internal systems and process /p p Professional development certification provided such as Leadership & Management / Coaching & Mentoring Level 5 /p p Person specification /p p Qualification: /p p Recruitment and Employment Confederation (CertRP) Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice or equivalent /p p Experience: /p p Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in a senior or lead recruiter role. /p p Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment environments is preferred. /p p Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles and levels, including executive positions. /p p Skills and Competencies: /p p Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends. /p p Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. /p p Proficient in using recruitment tools, platforms and CRMs to ensure top quality data management, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter. /p p Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail. /p p Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. /p p Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. /p p br /p p At Knights Recruitment Solutions we are passionate about connecting exceptional talent with leading organisations.
