They specialise in connecting technical, automotive and manufacturing talent with leading partners across the UK & Europe and the USA in a contingent and retained basis. Position Overview:As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for their clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You must be proactive at seeking out new business opportunities, happy to get on the phones and you are a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.The existing team is currently of different levels of seniority and has a clear route for progression if you wish to become a 360 biller, focus on purely business development or develop into a team leader.
