Job Title: 360 Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - Finance Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 Location: Fully Remote (UK), LondonAbout the Role:As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be a go-to expert for sourcing, screening, and placing finance professionals in exciting new roles. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate outreach to closing the deal, all while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.What You’ll Do:Sourcing & Networking: Use your expert skills to find and attract top finance talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and your extensive network. Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, aspirations, and motivations. Guide them through the recruitment process with a personal touch, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment strategies. Your expertise will be key in identifying the right fit for each role and company culture.Negotiation & Closing: Use your negotiation skills to facilitate job offers, ensuring both candidates and clients are thrilled with the outcome. You’ll be the bridge that brings great people and great opportunities together.What You Need:Experience: At least 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, in the finance sector. You know your way around a tech job board and have a knack for finding hidden talent.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
