A well-established company in the recruitment industry is seeking a driven 360 Senior / Recruitment Consultant to join their Construction Trades & Labour team in Birmingham. The Role

As a 360 Senior / Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering recruitment solutions within the Construction Trades & Labour sector. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in Birmingham to ensure exceptional service and meet client expectations.


• Driving new business development initiatives to grow the client base.


• Working closely with your team to maximise recruitment staffing solutions in the construction trades and labour market.


• Regular travel to client sites, requiring a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
