Due to continued growth, we have an opening for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to be based in our Birmingham office

Based in the prestigious offices at Lyndon House Edgbaston, you will be responsible for interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies

You will ideally have experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Trades and Labour, Construction or M & E sector.  You will a proven biller, ambitious and career driven, who can deliver results in an autonomous environment. 

Your role will be to identify and secure temporary/ contract job opportunities within your specialist sector, as well as attract candidates and successfully place them in those jobs to achieve relevant financial targets

• Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals


• Develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards

• Utilise Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Networking techniques to obtain business opportunities from both existing and new client companies.


• Visit clients both site and office based to develop positive relationships and secure further business opportunities.
