CVM Recruit Ltd is a small start-up Recruitment company that was founded during the pandemic. Having previously supported clients with getting back into work through CV Writing, Interview Preparations and Coaching during COVID-19, the business took a positive turn into the direction of Recruitment in 2023.
Your Role
Due to growth, CVM Recruit Ltd is now seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant, who will oversee their own desk and expand their area. In addition they will actively contribute by ensuring their set targets are met and share ideas to improve the business processes as part of the continuous improvement plan.
Responsibilities:
Lead generation: Identify potential leads with a view of winning the business
Business Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline ensuring leads are converted into a successful sale
Carry out vacancy briefings with hiring managers and draft appropriate job adverts
Source and headhunt potential candidates using various online tools i.e. job boards, LinkedIn and social media
Conduct candidate screenings to better understand their skills & experience and present to your clients
Ensure both clients and candidates are kept up to date on the progress of the role
Produce and present MI reports on performance and forecasting ensuring set targets are met
Attend weekly meetings with the management team
Criteria:
Proven experience as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant is essential
A self-starter with a proven track record of winning new business
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for innovative solutions
Only candidates with UK experience will be considered
This role is fully remote with working hours from 8.30am 5.30pm, Monday Friday making it ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who can manage their time effectively and support others in a remote setting.
