Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job description OnePlace Solutions are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is based in our Curdworth office in Birmingham.
Main duties include:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.
Lead and mentor your team
Maintain a pipeline of future client opportunities.
Book and attend sales and service visits
Attract, source, interview and place candidates
Requirements for this role:
Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment role
Full UK Driving licence
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to work.
Proven sales experience
Ability to work as part of a team
Great communication skills and attention to detail
