Role: Senior Regulatory Compliance Technologist Location: Remote Salary: Up to £40,000 Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty and Personal Care business who are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Technologist to join their team! Key Responsibilities:Oversee and complete all necessary product registrations (CPNPs, SCPNs, CPSRs, PIFs) before launches.Research and implement US regulations, including MOCRA and FDA, ensuring compliance.Collaborate with the NPD team to review formulations and product artwork, ensuring regulatory adherence.Manage UK REACH obligations, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.Stay updated on regulatory changes, conducting audits to enhance compliance programs.The Ideal Candidate:Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the beauty and personal care industry.Experience with product registration and international regulatory requirements.Expertise in ingredient review and providing regulatory guidance.Detail-oriented with project management experience, particularly with REACH compliance.Proactive in monitoring and adapting to evolving regulations.This is an amazing and very exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team!
