We’re looking for an Insight Strategist (SRE/RM level) to join the in house team of a global brand consultancy. £35-40k. Central London with 3 days a week working in the office.THEMA world-renowned brand consultancy with a 50+ year track record. London team is about 25 people but growing (they’re recruiting across the board) with strategy, operations, designers and business development teams all in house.Some of the business problems they solve are around brand development, digital branding, brand activation, employee experience and customer experience.They work with a portfolio of blue chip clients including people like British Airways, American Express, NBA, Pfizer and HP and have a long track record of groundbreaking work. They use insight to conduct foundational research to understand the customer need and also research to test new concepts, brand designs, names etc. You'd really get to see insights come to life and be able to see what clients actually do with the insights.THE ROLEThe Insight Strategist role involves managing qualitative and quantitative market research studies, analysing data to provide clear insights, collaborating with internal teams and building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate has experience in market research, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. SKILLS3+ years of market research experienceIdeally mix methods experience or you could be quant only wanting to learn qual of vice versaExperience running projects from start to finish. Client facing skills. It’ll be a really fun place to work, with an inspiring and caring boss who can really help your career grow. Although it’s an insight role you’ll work very closely with strategy teams and be involved in training and strategy meetings, so it offers quite a lot!
