Senior Research Executive - Tech Executive Search

London/Home Based (Hybrid)

Working for an established leading Executive Search Consultancy within their Executive Technology Division.

This is a lead research role directly responsible to the lead Associate Partner for the delivery of qualified and experienced Technology (CTO) candidates. You will be researching on multiple and complex assignments, including board level research projects with high level contact, setting research strategy, striving for results and efficiency.

Support with client briefings, develop project plans and candidate market intelligence through use of market mapping techniques. Prepare and delivery of advertising campaigns, managing responses and enquiries in line with search activities. Deliver weekly client reports and prepare information for longlists. Provide support on business development research to identify contacts within the Technology sector.

Requirements:

4 years experience in a business environment within Executive Search/Resourcing, proven ability to deliver first class research and top quality candidates. First class verbal, written and communication skills. A passion for research, delivery and meticulous attention to detail.
