Senior residential electrical building services engineer

A leading global building services and FM maintenance contractor has a key opportunity for Lead / senior residential electrical building services engineer with AP HV switching cert APHV1 / APHV2 / AP6 or equivalent to work on a prestigious commercial site in central London. They are looking for a senior / lead engineer that could be considering a step into management 12 - 18 months.
This position is working continental shift and is available immediately
4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights on 4 off, 3 days on then 3 nights, 4 off repeat up to �58k basic for the right person plus package

• Lead electrical building services engineer will be covering all maintenance and remedial works on electrical systems within the building;
• Panels circuits UPS, Generators, HV, LV, PDU's, Crac units, Chillers, Cooling Towers LTHW boilers, BMS and AHU'
• Making sure that risk assessments and method statements are on place
• Liaising with specialist sub-contractors
• Preparing hand over for next shift

To qualify as the Lead electrical building services engineer

• Lead electrical building services engineer will have 18th edition
• Lead electrical building services engineer will have 2391 / test and inspection
• Lead electrical building services engineer will AP HV switching APHV1 / APHV2 / AP6 or equivalent
• Located in commuting distance to central London, nearest station is Liverpool street

�50,000 - �58,000 basic + 20 days holiday + shift days off + pension
