The successful candidate will deal with a full varied caseload of residential and/or commercial matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Transfers of Equity. Remortgages. Stamp Duty procedures. Search Reports. Title checking. The regularisation of landlord and tenant relationships. Deeds of surrender. Refinancing. Acquisitions and sales of businesses. Utility agreements. Role Requirements:- Extensive working knowledge of residential conveyancing. Highly organised and able to prioritise work loads. Excellent communication skills.
