About the Role
Their team consists of building surveyors and residential property valuers who specialise in:
- Diagnosing property defects
- Advising buyers through house and flat purchase surveys & valuations
- Assessing properties undergoing major refurbishment or building work
- They also provide a range of commercial property services, including:
- Schedules and specifications
- Special condition reports
- Full building surveys
Instructions are generated by the company, this is a full-time, permanent position with a mix of field and office-based work. When not conducting surveys, you will be based in the office
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Level 2 & 3 surveys, delivering accurate and high-quality reports
- Engage with clients to provide expert advice on property conditions and valuations
- Maintain professional standards in accordance with RICS guidelines
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary plus commission
- Car allowance and mileage reimbursement
- �1,000 per year for RICS membership, learning materials, exams, and CPD courses
- Qualifications & Experience
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualification
- Proven experience conducting Level 2 & 3 surveys
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Excellent client engagement and communication abilities
