This dynamic, multi-disciplinary engineering firm boasts a rich history spanning over 50 years. Privately owned and renowned for its stability, the company distinguished itself during the pandemic by making no redundancies and avoiding furloughs, maintaining a busy and productive environment throughout. With a current team of 20 dedicated professionals, the firm is now looking to expand, adding 6 more talented individuals to its ranks over the next year.
They are seeking a Senior Revit Coordinator with a passion for innovative design and a proven track record in BIM. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping projects and driving commitment to excellence.

My Client are currently engaging in a variety of projects including residential, hotels, and mixed-use developments. They work from concept through to stage 5 design, collaborating closely with contractors to ensure seamless project execution. You will gain excellent site experience aswell as being able to lead your own projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM design efforts on a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive design solutions.
- Oversee the design process from concept through to stage 5, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractor requirements.
- Mentor junior Revit Technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver exceptional results.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in BIM or a related field.
- Extensive experience in BIM/Revit, particularly within residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects.
- Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work through all project stages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
