Opportunity for an experienced senior sales associate to join a Growing company with a focus on Agricultural technology/the Livestock domain.

Hyrbid - 3/4 days in office
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Customer service skills - Handle customer inquires, assist customers based on their needs in a warm and pleasant manner
Sales - Engage with potential and existing customers , Send quotations and a chieve sales targets.
Ability to lead by example and help lead a small team.
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of livestock
Previous Sales experience.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The hiring company are a team of International professionals with a set of shared goals: Supporting the livestock sector, improving animal welfare and restoring the fertility of soil.
Growing the UK team, A sales associate is required to take a customer focused approach to influence purchasing decisions. The sales element is all inbound and therefore will require to build relationships with existing and potential customers.
This could be a great fit for somebody with a customer service/sales background, has grown up in farming, or with an agri related degree (although this is not a hard requirement), looking to start a career in the agritech domain where sales and commercial experience will be gained!
