We are seeking a Senior Sales/Business Development Manager with deep knowledge and experience in traditional finance and the crypto market to join our team and drive our Tokenization as a Service product's sales and growth.Job OverviewAs a Senior Sales/Business Development Manager at Backed Finance, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Tokenization as a Service product. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective institutional clients such as funds, issuers and financial institutions, ultimately converting them into satisfied clients. This role requires expertise in selling innovation/tech solutions to traditional financial institutions and a deep understanding of the European financial market.Responsibilities and Duties:Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the Tokenization as a Service product.Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understand their needs, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, compliance and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing account management.Manage the sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing to create solutions and materials facilitating the conversion of leads.Stay up to date on the latest news, trends and developments in both the crypto and traditional financial markets to develop sales and customer success strategies.Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new growth opportunities.Attend industry events and conferences in order to build relationships and promote Backed Finance in the financial and crypto communities.Prepare and present regular reports and analysis to senior management on sales and customer success metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within traditional finance.good understanding of the crypto market and its internal dynamics, particularly within the European market.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify new growth opportunities.Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Suite, and other sales and marketing software.Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.Ability to work remotely and be part of a global team.Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Passion for fintech, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.Applicants should be based between UTC and UTC+3 time zones.What We Offer:A competitive salary package (base + bonus)Equity optionsThe opportunity to work with a dynamic and talented team at the forefront of the crypto and blockchain revolution.Join us at Backed Finance and help shape the future of regulated crypto and borderless finance by bringing innovative tokenization solutions to institutional clients.
