Dove & Hawk are working a leading developer of premium residential properties, committed to delivering high-quality homes that exceed customer expectations. They are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join their team in West London.

Your role is to achieve and exceed profitable sales targets by excelling in selling skills, demonstrating high levels of essential knowledge to perform in the role, delivering exceptional service and behaviour to all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct viewings, including in-person, virtual, and agent-led tours.
  • Coordinate viewings for the Overseas office and China Team when required.
  • Proactively generate sales leads beyond those created by marketing efforts, through client outreach and agent engagement.
  • Manage and mitigate the risk of sales cancellations by maintaining effective communication with clients, agents, and solicitors, aiming to minimize cancellation rates.
  • Progress new reservations to contract exchange by obtaining Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documents and maintaining consistent communication with solicitors.
  • Maintain and optimize a sales database to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to new inquiries, providing relevant and detailed information.
  • Keep overseas teams, agents, and introduces updated on property availability and pricing.
  • Develop sales and marketing materials, such as "Plot of the Week," fact sheets, FAQs, and investor videos.
  • Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings to generate new ideas and incentives.
  • Attend sales and networking events, as applicable.
  • Create and present sales videos in collaboration with the marketing team to promote developments across all digital platforms.
  • Regularly promote developments on LinkedIn and other social media channels, where applicable.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK agents and introducers, ensuring all viewings meet mystery shop criteria.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in the property sector.
  • Experience with similar residential schemes is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Comfortable conducting virtual appointments via Zoom or similar applications.

  • Proficient in IT, with the ability to manage project documentation and sales databases, and to train others.

Salary budgets: £32,000-£34,000 basic, £60,000-£65,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)

Required working hours: 5 days per week working on a rota basis. Hours 9.30am - 6pm
