Senior Sales Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic Residential Sales professional that can drive the performance of our Sales portfolios, someone who understands the conveyancing process and has an ability to forge relationships within the Connells Group to drive the best outcomes. Our department works with Investors and Institutional clients, handling the sales function of medium to large-scale portfolios. We are interested to hear from candidates that have at least 2 years’ experience in residential sales to join our team. This is an office-based role, and the performance will depend on your ability to build strong relationships with our various branches, working with the sales teams to generate the best outcome for our clients. This is an office based role in our Annesley office.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake duties in line with signed Service Level Agreements.
To identify and instruct the appropriate marketing branch(es)
To monitor the marketing of the property and check that the branch has completed all appropriate marketing including internet advertising, adding the property to the branch mailing list, erecting a For Sale board and placing the property in the branch window display.
To obtain a weekly update from the marketing branch regarding viewing numbers and feedback.
To instigate price reductions if necessary
