They are currently looking to strengthen their Commercial team through the appointment of a Senior Sales Manager.Senior Sales Manager - Responsibilities:Reporting to the CEO, develop and implement the company's sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targetsVisit customers and sell our productsAttend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote the company and generate leadsBuild-up and manage our UK officeBuild and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, customers and industry key opinion leadersIdentify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer baseDevelop and implement pricing strategies that are competitive and profitableCollaborate with different departments to ensure alignment on sales initiativesSenior Sales Manager - Requirements:Proven track record of driving sales growth and experience in the foodtech, diagnostics or related industryPossess professional work experience in a Commercial function, including Sales/Business Development and Key Account ManagementDemonstrate experience in leading Commercial teamsStrong sense of ownership and strategic thinkingExcel at building and expanding networks with individuals from diverse backgrounds and industriesProve a track record of establishing successful strategic partnershipsPossess exceptional verbal and written communication skillsExhibit independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilitiesFeel comfortable and confident using technology as an essential component of the sales processBe highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneouslyMantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences headhunting firm.
