Senior Sales Manager�required for leading manufacturer of chiller and refrigeration solutions, well known business for providing cooling solutions into the food, beverage, and process sectors. �

We're seeking a seasoned�Senior Sales Manager�to drive growth and expand our market and product presence with existing and new clients across the UK whilst supporting and managing a small team of technical sales and marketing professionals.�

Progression opportunities to develop into a�Sales Director�position.�

Key Responsibilities:�

  Develop and execute sales and product strategies to increase market share in the food, beverage, and process sectors.�

  
  

• 
  

  Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (end user clients) and developing relations with consultants in year 2.�

  
  

Requirements:�

• 
  

  Proven sales success in chiller, refrigeration, or HVAC industries.�

  
  

• 
  

  Experience selling to end-user or consultant clients in relevant sectors.�

  
  

• 
  

  Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.�

  
  

• 
  

  Results-driven with the ability to build long-term client relationships.�
