Senior Sales Manager - Entertainment

The Langham, London; Europes first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager Entertainment a to join our talented Sales and Marketing team.We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level .
In the role of a Senior Sales Manager Entertainment, your key focus will be to:
research, establish and develop relationships with key bookers and influencers in London and internationally e.g. independent travel agent accounts, third-party agencies, post-production and long-term film talent housing, film PR management companies etc.
undertake sales trips as required and determined by annual sales & marketing plan
handle incoming entertainment enquiries for key visits
entertain existing and prospective clients and hosting special events for entertainment community to showcase hotel facilities
greet VIP guests and being on hand throughout the stay to supervise any key operational needs
manage one direct report
Do you have?
previous experience in a senior pro-active sales role within similar style and size property
established prominent key stakeholder contacts within your sales market
excellent communication skills
sales/account management and business development skills
strong leadership and management skills
previous use of Opera and Salesforce systems (advantageous)
