Job Title: Senior Sales ManagerClient Location: South London (Tues, Weds, Thurs onsite per week)Starting: August 2024Salary/Pay Rate: up to £714.29 per day (Umbrella Only)Hours: Full-timeDuration: 12-month contractOur client is on a multi-year journey to transformation in Channel Sales to drive efficiency and scale their business through technology. This role will operate in the EMEIA Sales Enablement & Transformation team focused on landing critical capabilities for the Enterprise and Education Sales teams. As Sales Manager, you will need to develop a clear understanding of current state regional sales processes, and current state data & technology architecture and influence the global technology implementation team to optimise delivery roadmaps. You will be critical in working with subject matter experts across the business to ensure that the specific regional requirements are accounted for and that users are supported through the deployment journey.This is a 12-month contract role scheduled to start in August 2024. Our client operates on a hybrid model where you will be required to work onsite in their South London office 3 days a week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The role offers a rate of up to £714.29 per day which will have to be through an FSCA Umbrella company from our PSL.Job Responsibilities:Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the regional Enterprise and Education Sales teamsFacilitate communication between business units and the global technology implementation team to ensure alignment and successful project deliveryGather and document business requirements, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to technical teamsProject ManagementPlan, execute, and oversee Salesforce implementation projects within the region, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budgetDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategiesMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessaryBusiness Analysis & Process ImprovementConduct a thorough analysis of current regional sales processes, data, and technology architectureIdentify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to optimise Salesforce solutionsCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that regional requirements are incorporated into the global implementation roadmapTesting & Quality AssuranceCo-ordinate and execute testing for EMEIA region flagging where bugs are foundAdaptability and Problem SolvingThrive in an ambiguous environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirementsProactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project successUser Support and TrainingEnsure that end-users are adequately supported throughout the deployment journeyWork with the Support team to troubleshoot issues post-deployment where neededQualifications Required:Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager, preferably within a Salesforce environmentStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practicesExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailProficiency in project management tools and SDLC methodologiesWe’d love you to apply for this Sales Manager contract role, so please submit your CV today!**This role is open for a limited time.
