Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for winning new business and engaging with prospective customers
Articulate the GRC Solutions value proposition to customers
Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts
Earn trust and build relationships with senior executives
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Handle bids, pitches, and tenders
Pipeline management, budgeting, and forecasting
Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
Maintain knowledge of the GRC market and competitors
Provide customer feedback to support sales strategy
Skills and Experience
Essential Proven track record in bringing in new business and high-value deals
Consistently hitting sales targets and KPIs
Experience in senior sales or key account management roles
Pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting skills
Contract management and negotiation skills
Commercial acumen
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
Knowledge of the cyber security and data privacy compliance market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Desirable Experience in basic contract law
Familiarity with key account methodology
Competencies Ambitious and driven to succeed
Highly developed organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to absorb and retain new knowledge
Team player who can work independently
Excellent relationship builder at all levels
