Senior Sales Negotiator

SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR, SURREY QUAYS - CANADA WATER
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful estate agency who specialise in the sale and rental of London property. They are searching for a senior sales negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken London sales agent who has 2 + years' experience in London sales who is looking to progress in their career.
Duties/functions of the role:

• Completing market appraisals and winning business
• Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
• Arranging and attending viewings for prospective buyers
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
• Building strong relationships with vendors, prospective vendors and prospective buyers and colleagues
• Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth sales process
• Progressing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion

Requirements of the role:

• 2+ years' experience working in London
• A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
• Some valuation experience is preferred
• Must be well spoken and well presented
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills
• Full UK driving licence

Salary budgets: £25-£28K DOE + guarantee, £70-£100K OTE + car allowance £200 pcm
Required working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30am - 6.30pm, Fridays 9.30am - 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am - 4pm
