As a Senior Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include: Playing the circulation role and promoting a patient-centred approach in partnership with healthcare experts.
Completing scrub duties in line with policies and procedures, enhancing quality control, and promoting evidence-based practice.
Performing all tasks professionally and competently, including mandatory surgical examinations before, during, and prior to wound closure.
Organising, controlling, preparing, and managing the use of surgical instruments and medications for various surgical procedures.
