DK Recruitment is searching for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a successful and warm dealership group at their site in Torquay. The business is known for being a reliable and comfortable business for staff, with excellent benefits and training plus strong and consistent standards of service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Senior Service Advisor to excel in a supportive and professional environment.
 
Your Role as a Senior Service Advisor:

• Provide expert guidance and exceptional service to customers, assisting them with all service-related queries
• Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs and preferences to ensure a personalised experience
• Oversee the entire service process, from booking to completion, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for the customer
• Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve and exceed performance and customer satisfaction targets·

What You’ll Need as a Senior Service Advisor:

• Extensive experience in a customer-facing automotive service role, ideally within a main dealership environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and meeting/exceeding service targets
• A full UK driving license

The Package:

• Salary: £28,000 Basic (DOE) + Bonus, OTE £34,000 !!!
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

1-in-2 Saturdays, 8:30 am – 12:00 pm (paid as overtime)
