We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager who has experience of working with the ITIL 4 framework. You will need to be someone who is passionate about structuring IT services to give service users the best possible outcomes. You will be working closely with operational service owners and the IT organisation to design and deliver an exceptional Cloud based IT service in a way that delivers real benefits.
To be a success in this role you will need to be an exceptional communicator with effective influencing skills. You will be someone who is comfortable reviewing the status quo to see if there is a better way. You must listen well and be able to balance the needs of the organisation with the organisational capacity. You will have the opportunity to be innovative in designing how IT service is delivered but be able to combine that with being pragmatic so that you set realistic expectations that can successfully delivered. You will be used to taking an evidence approach and be someone who thrives in an environment that aspires to continually improve. �An ITIL 4 accreditation would be beneficial but is not essential.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of spending 1 - 2 days per week in the office in Brighton. There are very flexible working practices that are consistant with an organisation genuinely values their people.
