Location – Suffolk, UK
Assignment Rate – £450 per day IR35 TBD – Negotiable

Role Overview
A Tier 1 contractor is looking for a Senior Site Agent to join their team for a large-scale highways project in Suffolk, currently in the ECI stage. This is an exciting contract opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile project, managing site operations and ensuring successful site setup and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
As Senior Site Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the quality control of works on site and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth and safe execution of the works.
• Providing regular updates to the project management team regarding site progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Managing and coordinating the site team and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and efficiency.
• Leading health and safety audits and ensuring all site activities are carried out in compliance with H&S regulations.
• Working closely with the commercial team to manage costs and timeframes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• CSCS card (Must)
• SMSTS (Desirable)
• First Aid qualification (Desirable)
• Highways England Medical (Desirable)
• Extensive highways experience (Desirable), applicants demonstrating large scale heavy civils/infrastructure experience will also be considered.
