A market leading waste management company is looking for a Senior Site Chemist to oversee waste reception, compliance, and process improvements while supporting and training junior chemists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure site is operating compliantly inline with site permit.
• Supervise reception, sorting and handling of incoming waste.
• Adhere to and enforce HSE regulations site wide.
• Contribute to the training and development of existing and junior site chemists.

About You:

• A minimum of a BSc in Chemistry or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience of the waste management industry.
• Ability to make a impact on process improvement and development of junior chemists.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
