  • Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.

  • Monitor and manage concrete deliveries, ensuring that schedules are adhered to and any issues with material quality or site readiness are promptly addressed.

  • Carry out regular site inspections to assess the progress of slab & concrete works, ensuring all activities are compliant with safety regulations and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of concrete works and keep the project on track.

  • Review and interpret structural engineering drawings and project plans, providing technical support and guidance to the site team.

  • Oversee subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all site activities, including work completed, materials used, and any changes or variations to the project scope.

  • Assist with the snagging process and final handover, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard.

  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent delays or complications.

  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on-site.

  • A strong career history with long-term employment at previous companies and no history of job-hopping; we are seeking a committed and reliable professional with a proven track record.

  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a similar discipline.

  • A valid CSCS card and other relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid) are highly desirable.

  • In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
