Senior Site Manager - Bromley

Henry Martin Group are partnered with a strong Residential Main Contractor to source a strong experienced Senior Site Manager for a large residential development in Bromley.

There are multiple blocks going up concurrently.This is an RC frame development. You will look after the external packages including: utiliy/drainage install, frames & structures, envelope, facade, windows, balconies, roofing etc.�

Key responsibilities:�

  Project Planning: Developing and implementing construction project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

  Team Leadership: Leading and managing site staff and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

  
  


• 
  

  Site Supervision: Overseeing daily site operations to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Health and Safety Management: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a safe working environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Quality Control: Monitoring construction processes and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
