Job Title: Senior Site Manager (Externals)

Location: Bromley South

Salary: 75k Plus 6K Car Allowance + Package�

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our Tier 1 Main Contractor client. You will play a critical role in overseeing the external works for a prestigious mixed-use development in London. This is a unique opportunity to join a project that has been taken over from another contractor, where the frame is already up, but significant early works are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all external packages, including drainage, utilities, and services entering the building.


• Oversee structural alterations and handle the full envelope package, including fa�ade, roofing, and cladding.


• Coordinate sub-contractors, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and on schedule.


• Ensure compliance with design specifications, building regulations, and health and safety protocols.


• Report directly to the Project Manager, providing updates on progress, risks, and resource requirements.

Project Details

This mixed-use development includes the erection of a multi-storey building plus a basement, comprising:

• 1,759 sqm of office space across the ground and first floors


• 61 residential flats: 9 studios, 38 one-bedroom flats, and 14 two-bedroom flats

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in large-scale, mixed-use developments


• Strong expertise in externals, particularly drainage, utilities, and fa�ade works


• Experience in managing projects taken over from other contractors would be advantageous


• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations


• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage sub-contractors and coordinate with the wider site team
