Our client is a fast growing main contractor with an established reputation as one of the tup and coming companies South West market. Typical projects are varied, high quality and fast paced refurbishment projects frpm £1m - 5m 
Senior Site Manager/Project Manager  - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager/Project Manager to join the team based on site in Warminster. You will be responsible for driving the day to day delivery aspects of a fast paced refurbishment projects to a commercial property. The project is around half way through. 
Senior Site Manager/Project Manager - The Person 

• Immmediately available or 1 week max


• You will have solid experience with either a national or regional main contractor 


• SMSTS/First Aid in date


• Able to drive and push sub-contractors 


• Demonstrable experience of delivering refurboshmeng projects to commercial buildings 


• Proven experience in managing simultaneous site based trades teams 


• Good understanding of design and an eye for detail


• Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things


• High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme


• A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
