Senior Site Manager

We are working with a well-known housebuilder who is looking for a Senior Site Manager in Tiverton
Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will oversee the construction of a housing development including all associated pre and post housebuilding works. Ensuring that all targets are met regarding health & safety, build quality, customer care and cost management.
You will be an experienced Site Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering. You will possess good communications skills and an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction trades.
